World Stamper Tour ("we", "us", "our") runs private, custom tours in Japan, South Korea and the UK. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, enquire about a trip or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
World Stamper Tour is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us at any time at Worldstampertours@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and run your trip:
- Booking and enquiry details you enter in our forms or chat: your name, email address, phone number, pickup location, chosen tour, travel dates, number of travellers and any notes or requests.
- Messages you send us by email, through the website chat box or on WhatsApp.
- Payment preference (pay later, card, PayPal or bank transfer). We do not collect card numbers on this website. If you choose to pay by card or PayPal, we send you a payment link or request, and your payment details are handled by the payment provider.
- Basic technical data that is sent automatically whenever you load any website, such as your IP address and browser type.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your questions and prepare a quote or itinerary.
- To confirm, run and support your booking, including arranging your driver and guide.
- To take payment and keep the records we need for accounting and legal reasons.
- To contact you about changes to your trip or to handle a complaint.
- To improve our service, for example by learning which tours people ask about.
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on: performing a contract (or taking steps at your request before one), legal obligations, our legitimate interests in running and improving a small tour business, and your consent where we ask for it.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed:
- Our drivers and guides, who receive the details they need to meet you (for example your name, pickup point and group size).
- Service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you: FormSubmit (delivers booking and chat messages from the website to our email), Gmail (our email), WhatsApp (messaging, if you contact us there) and Google Fonts (page fonts).
- Payment providers such as PayPal or your bank, if you choose those payment methods.
- Authorities or advisers where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Loading the page fonts from Google Fonts, and opening a link to WhatsApp or another external site, may share technical data such as your IP address with those services under their own privacy policies.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where UK or EU law applies, we only use them where appropriate safeguards are in place.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after a reasonable period. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounting or legal rules require, then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, or restrict how we use it;
- object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can see it and not collecting payment card details on this website. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not share sensitive information such as full card numbers in chat or email.
10. Children
This website is meant for adults arranging travel. We only collect information about children (for example the age of a traveller) when a parent or guardian gives it to us to plan a trip.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
12. Cancellation and refund policy

- How to cancel: message us on WhatsApp (+44 7520 677508) or email Worldstampertours@gmail.com with your name, the tour and the date. The time we receive your message is counted as the time of cancellation.
- Book now, pay later: nothing is charged when you make your booking request. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your tour, you owe nothing.
- Changes: once your booking is confirmed, we are happy to adjust the itinerary at no extra charge.
