Cancellation charges

1. Free cancellation (more than 48 hours before)
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of your tour, there is no cancellation charge. If you have already paid for that booking, we will refund what you paid.
2. Late cancellations (within 48 hours)
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of your tour, the booking is non-refundable. This is because your driver and guide are reserved for you and cannot usually be given other bookings at short notice.
3. No-shows
If you do not meet your driver at the agreed time and place and we have not heard from you, the booking is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
4. How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or email us as early as you can, with your name, the tour and the date. The time we receive your message is counted as the time of cancellation.

5. Book now, pay later
With "Book now, pay later" nothing is charged when you make your booking request. We confirm availability first and then tell you how and when to pay. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your tour, you owe nothing.
6. Changing your tour
Once your booking is confirmed, we are happy to adjust the itinerary to what you want to see at no extra charge. If you need to change the date, contact us as early as possible so we can try to find another day that works.
